Description
Pargo B is a three-bedroom apartment on the ground floor of block 4 at Bayline, the gated beachfront condominium in Armação de Pêra. A large terrace with separate lounge and dining areas runs along the living room, with access to the gardens and a view across the gardens towards the lagoon.
Inside, floor-to-ceiling sliding windows fill the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with light. There is a sofa, a swivel armchair and a wooden dining table for six. The kitchen has a peninsula, oven, microwave, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster and blender, and there is a washing machine and a clothes dryer. There is a smart TV in the living room (bring your own streaming account), Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Bed linen and towels are provided.
There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are set up with two single beds side by side, and one of these opens onto the terrace. The bathrooms seen in the photos have walk-in showers. The apartment sleeps up to six guests; a cot and a high chair are available for an extra charge.
